- but friends becomes “foes”
ESN Prague has not responded

City Tour
- 28 people joined the tour
- group was slowly during the city tours (takes 3h and more)
  - smoking and chatting all the time
  - to much information
  - has shown to many synagogues
  - the place of astronomical clock was full
  - group was all the time not close together
- solution:
  - more tour guides
  - information that it could take a bit longer
  - Toni recommends maximum 2h tours
  - no visiting exchange office during tour
  - no shopping stops

Evening Meeting:
- To many People in the bar
- solutions:
  - divide the group
  - Drink Game/ Icebreaker Game
  - find a bigger bar in Prague
  - ask beforehand if the people who would like to join the event

Countries are: Russia, South Korea, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic
- 4 are participating => Hungary(2 out of 2), Slovakia(4 out of 5), Russian(2 out of 14), Finland(1 out of 3)
- echo from Duc - the Koreans(6) might be preparing something, although they didn’t come to orga-meetings
- no response from the Czechs(0 out of 1)

Results of the planning:
- Welcome Drinks: Borovička from Slovakia, Vodka from Russia (Russian standard)
- Bar Specials: Ying Yang from Hungary (2 Shots, 1 Jägermeister 4cl and 1 Milk 4cl, not mixed, drank after one another)
- Music: The DJ has got about 40 songs, mostly Finnish, Slovak and Russian
- Programme:
  - Start of presentations: 20:15; order of presentations: faranto(short presentation of upcoming events TOBIAS), Slovakia, Finland, Hungary, Russia; 5min per country
  - 20:40 start of “Guess about which country is this stereotype” game, 10min duration
  - 20:50 eating
  - At the beginning of Slovak presentation 1 free round of Borovička shots for the audience
  - For every winner in the guessing game 1 free shots of Russian standard Vodka
- Reception alcohol: Slovakian Borovička(1 1l-bottle), Russian vodka Russian Standard (1 1l-bottle)
Problem: Silvio is working before the Länderparty and he can arrive at the earliest 21:00

Biggest Weekend Trip of ESN Germany
- approximately 770–850 participants of 34 sections from Germany
- faranto reserved 15 spots
Cost:
- participant fee: 55,- € per Person
- train (to/from): Berlin-Brandenburg ticket for 29,- € (5 persons = a 5,80 € p.P.)
  - resulting cost: 66,60 €
  - total cost: 67,- € with ESN card and 70€ without ESN card

- journey to and from Berlin
  - Check-In Friday starting 3 pm & Check-Out Sunday till 11 am
