How do I make it work?
      As a simple test, just run the following two command lines where
      INPUTFILE is some file which you can decode with ffmpeg:
              ffserver -f doc/ffserver.conf &
              ffmpeg -i INPUTFILE http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm
