Das International Board (auch IB genannt), welches beim AGM der Jahreshauptversammlung des ESN gewählt wird und in Brüssel sitzt, besteht aus 5 Vorstandsmitgliedern. Jeden Vorstandsmitglied ist jeweils das folgende Committee (Arbeitsgruppe) unterstellt. Das oberste Ziel der Committees ist die Arbeit des International Boards zu unterstützen.
